Refund and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy
  1. Customer can cancel an order before the order acceptance by the SELLER, in this case refund of order amount excluding nominal payment gateway charges will be credited through the original payment method or the bank account within 10 working days.
  2. Customer couldn t cancel the order once the order is accepted by the SELLER.
  3. Kshoppe reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Kshoppe also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.


Refund Policy
  1. Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you've received different from the specification of the product detail mentioned in kshoppe.in or if the shelf life of the product is over.
  2. Currently the return window is 2 days from the delivery date.
  3. For returning of items customer should do the following in the Kshoppe portal
    • Create a return request by specifying the reason for return including photo of received items within two days of delivery date.
    • SELLER will verify the return request and approve for the genuine reasons, once it’s approved by the SELLER, a return slip will be available in the portal.
    • If the return request is approved, customer shall pack the items in the same way as the packing when the product delivered and the customer shall affix the return slip originated from the portal in the packing for delivery.
    • Return of item without the return slip shall not be processed for refund/replacement.
    • Return items shall only send to the SELLER address specified in the return slip.
  4. The customers shall bear the responsibility for return and delivery through the India post or any other courier service provider or manual delivery at the location. SELLER will not be liable for missing of the parcel or any damage in the return process.
  5. The product shall be returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  6. The returned items shall inspect by the SELLER, and shall initiate for the refund/replacement only if it is in same condition as delivered.
  7. Food items can be returned only if its date of expiry is over and cannot be returned once the packet is opened.
  8. After inspection of returned items Kshoppe reserve the right to accept or reject, the returned items based on its condition.
  9. Customer can initiate return only in return window, which is 2 days after delivery of the items.
  10. In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Kshoppe reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
  11. Once the SELLER receive your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method or to your bank account within 15 working days of the receipt of return. Taxes and the nominal payment gateway charges will be deducted.
  12. If the electronic devices are not as per the specification as mentioned in the portal customer should apply for refund without opening the seal and should not enter any personal information.
  13. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  14. The initial delivery charges or the delivery charges of return shall not be covered in the refund.
